Italian Film Night in The Hague 📍 Pathé Buitenhof Italian Film Night in The Hague 📍 Pathé Buitenhof – The Hague 🗓️ May 5, 2026 | 🕖 7:00 PM IPN Cultura (Italian Professionals Netherlands) presents a new Frames of Italy evening featuring a preview screening of: “Tre ciotole” – directed by Isabel Coixet @isabel.coixet Adapted from the eponymous novel by Michela Murgia. Isabel Coixet, the acclaimed Spanish filmmaker and one of the most sensitive voices in contemporary cinema, delivers an intimate and delicate story that weaves together private life and existential fragility. At the heart of the film is Marta, played by Alba Rohrwacher. After the end of her relationship with Antonio (Elio Germano), she is suddenly confronted with an unexpected event that forces her to rethink her relationship with her body, time, and the choices that have shaped her life. A restrained and deeply human film that closely follows a journey of self-awareness and inner transformation, never losing sight of the intimate scale of its characters. Isabel Coixet, regista spagnola tra le voci più sensibili del cinema contemporaneo, firma un racconto intimo e delicato che intreccia vita privata e fragilità esistenziale. Al centro della storia c’è Marta, interpretata da Alba Rohrwacher, che dopo la fine della sua relazione con Antonio (Elio Germano) si trova improvvisamente a fare i conti con un evento inatteso che la costringe a ripensare il proprio rapporto con il corpo, il tempo e le scelte che hanno segnato la sua vita.
