Claudia Cesaroni

I’m a communications professional who believes the most powerful messages are the ones that are clear, simple, and authentic. After studying Marketing & Communications and further specializing in Business Administration and Change Management, I built my career across industries including finance, telecom, and IT. Working in different environments has taught me how organizations navigate complexity and how the right communication can help people move forward together.
I’m passionate about cinema and theatre, and fascinated by the power of storytelling in all its forms. Friends describe me as positive and persistent when challenges arise. Collaborative by nature, I enjoy working across cultures and connecting with people to build strong relationships. What motivates me most is achieving meaningful results together, often by looking beyond boundaries and finding practical ways to connect people, ideas, and goals.

Sergio Russo

An eclectic professional with a career spanning visual communication and video production, Sergio Russo was born in Puglia and moved to Milan to study at the Politecnico and begin his professional journey, before relocating to the Netherlands in 2018. He collaborates with
international companies in the B2B field: in addition to providing strategic consultancy, he leads integrated multichannel communication projects, exhibition space design, and trade fair marketing, working with media partners and sector publishers also in the production of video content. His work is distinguished by a vision focused on growth and innovation, and by his ability to connect Italian businesses with international markets, helping brands position themselves in competitive and high-profile contexts.
Alongside his work with companies, he has collaborated on video production projects, including short films and the 48 Hour Film Project, contributing expertise in motion graphics, 3D animation, and visual effects. Within IPN Cultura, he plays an active role in event organization, shaping the visual identity since the very first official event, Frames of Italy in The Hague. His approach blends aesthetics and strategy, with the goal of turning creative ideas into powerful visual narratives.

Angelo Sfriso

Electronic Engineer, Jazz Sax Whisperer & Kung Fu Connoisseur
By day I’m busy engineering all things electronic; by night I’m a jazz saxophonist who can’t resist a good riff or a bad pun. Born in Venice and living in The Hague since 2018, my lifelong passions for cinema and music have led me everywhere from providing technical support at an international film festival in The Hague to being the world’s most enthusiastic gaffer on demand. Between kung fu moves (I promise I only break boards, not tech) I moonlight as a full-time nerd and a part-time comedian, though my colleagues say the comedy is still in beta, as evidenced by this very bio.

Daniela Fastoso

I am an architect from Campania, Italy, passionate about antiques and restoration. With experience in architecture, heritage restoration, and antiques sales, I enjoy bringing both spaces and historic pieces to life with care and attention to detail. I love connecting with people—whether collaborating on a project, cooking for friends, or organizing events—and I approach every task with warmth, empathy, and energy. I also bring my taste and skill for putting things together in everyday life, creating harmony and meaning in both my work and personal moments.
